Lockr\Exception\LockrApiException: Forbidden: invalid client in Lockr\LockrClient->query() (line 99 of /var/www/html/my_site_name_dir/vendor/lockr/lockr/src/LockrClient.php).

I have installed module "drupal/key": "^1.14", "drupal/lockr": "^4.0", "drupal/oauth2_client": "^3.0@beta" using composer. I have tried to create a key of key type oauth2_client and provider lockr and value

{
"client_id": "client_id value",
"client_secret": "client_secret value"
}

getting above mentioned error.
