Subscription not be created on initial order!

On localhost - Drupal 9, I followed recommended instructions → & created a recurring product(PV/Billing Schedule). After applying required settings did a checkout(Manual/Multisafepay), order successfully placed but no entry to be created in Subscription list(/admin/commerce/subscriptions/)

According to the flow a record should be created in Subscription list which work as billing scheduler/recurring job

So the issue you were facing here is that recurring orders should only list payment gateways supporting stored payment methods? #3027950: Support free trials without requiring a payment method → is where it was made possible to create a subscription without a payment method but I believe your scenario is a bit different. I don't believe we have any guards that would prevent checkout if a payment method cannot be created. Perhaps that needs to be addressed with a feature request.
