We often hear that Drupal is too technical, beloved of developers but a headache for content editors and end-users. The truth is, especially with recent investments in layout builder, media, and claro, that Drupal has been heavily focused on empowering those content editors and end users to more easily take advantage of Drupal's technical power.
We should develop a white paper, 1 pager, battle card, or all three that addresses this common concern.
