Problem/Motivation

The text above the header/footer fields provides info about 2 tokens, but does not mention the others available.
"use {PAGENO} for page numbering or {DATE j-m-Y} for current date."

Proposed resolution

Change help text to read:
"Use {PAGENO} for page numbering or {DATE j-m-Y} for current date. See the full list here: https://mpdf.github.io/what-else-can-i-do/replaceable-aliases.html"
