Support sqlsrv driver for Microsoft SQL Server

Problem/Motivation

This module does not support the sqlsrv → driver for MSSQL.

Steps to reproduce

Set up the sqlsrv module and configure an extra MSSQL database in settings.php. Visit /admin/config/development/views_database_connector and your extra MSSQL database appears with a checkbox "Make database available to Views Database Connector". This checkbox should not be there, because views_database_connector does not support the sqlsrv driver.

Proposed resolution

Short-term resolution would be to hide/disable the checkboxes for sqlsrv databases in the Views Database Connector config screen, and perhaps show a message about database driver support.

Long-term resolution would be to patch views_database_connector to add sqlsrv support. I have no idea how difficult it would be to add sqlsrv driver support, but it sure would be a nice feature!
