We want to make sure we are PHP 7.4 ready. PHPCompatibility report suggests that we are but we need to test that. At the moment tests are failing because of name module. The issue #3142697: PHP 7.4: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is deprecated → is fixed but not released.
Enable testing on PHP 7.4 as soon as new name module version will be release.
