Allow to assign a css library for each available theme

Problem/Motivation

Thanks to πŸ“Œ Improve layout when using claro Fixed there are some styling for claro
Unfortunately there are some limitations:
1-The added claro library is not used if claro is extended (because the theme name is changed)
2-What about olivero? and any extended olivero (Note the olivero is sharing a lot of style with claro)

Proposed resolution

1-Add a text field for each available theme in the chosen config form
Ex if you have claro and olivero enabled:

2-Load the library in chosen_attach_library()

What is nice with this approach is the fact that you can re-use a library from another theme (ex: claro and olivero)
