CKEditor requires the script-src-elem unsafe-inline value. This value is normally added, as the Drupal core Ajax library requires this value to be set. Using the csp_extras disables this requirement for the Ajax library, removing the unsafe-inline value from script-src-elem, which results in a CKEditor where content can't be added.
