With D7 EOL soon and no patch for this issue yet going to close this one out
My installation gets this error message occasionally. Most users proceed through Quizzes with out an issue. However, occasionally this error message is received and today it was received 10+ times as a particular user navigated through Quizzes. He said that he was pausing to do other work in the middle of quizzes and would return 30-60 minutes later and then would receive this error and have to restart the quiz.
