Enable ckeditor, enable media_library, add a block content in layout builder that has a ckeditor with media, the media image select will never load.
Seems like a JS is conflicting and sending an extra empty parameter, added a patch for the MediaLibraryState.php to filter empty values.
Validate/Trace if this comes from JS instead.

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
I could not recreate this issue in Drupal 11.x-dev, and it appears fixed using CKEditor 5. As the screenshot shows, in a custom content type I added a content block using layout builder and was able to upload an image to the text field. @mmenavas helped me with this issue at Drupalcon.
