Consistent User Interface with rest of Webform Echosystem

Problem/Motivation

Other element types in the webform echo system, when able to add multiple items, have a consistent interface several choices on how the add more items works:

• Minimum amount of items
• Number of empty items
• Allow users to sort elements
• Allow users to add/remove elements
• Show add element button
• Show remove element button
• Allow users to add more items
• Allow users to input the number of items to be added
• Add more input label
• Add more button label
• Number of add more items

This allows the webform designer to choose if there is a +/- button at the end of each row and an "add ___ items" button at the bottom.

webform_shs does not have any of this flixibility.

Proposed resolution

Copy the options from another item (such as the "custom composite" element to make more consistent interface.
