Here's a patch that works with version 2.1.0.
Thanks again for the work in setting up and maintaining this module. It's going to be very useful for our site.
But when using an exposed Node Granular Date Filter, it would be great if you could select what format the drop-down list for the Month used. Currently it displays the month number, but for our purposes we would prefer to display the month names (ie. January, February, March, etc).
Include a field to allow users to select the format that the Month is displayed in. The options would be number, short name, full name (for 1, Jan and January respectively).
