Cache needs to be cleared after setting MapBox API key for the first time

Problem/Motivation

#3186641: Integrate farmOS-map with 2.x → added a module for Mapbox map layers, with a form for setting an API key. There is some code in place to reset the map cache when the API key changes, but not when it is added for the first time. So when you add an API key for the first time, you need to clear the Drupal cache for the Mapbox layers to appear in the map.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install farm_map_mapbox module.
  2. Go to /farm/settings/map/mapbox and add an API key
  3. Go to the dashboard - the Mapbox layers are not visible
  4. Clear the cache
  5. Refresh the dashboard map - the Mapbox layers are visible
