I notice an error message when working a customer project. When having the floating labels enabled, there is a notice saying
Undefined index: #type in bs_bootstrap_preprocess_fieldset() (line 488 of themes/contrib/bs_base/themes/bs_bootstrap/bs_bootstrap.theme)..
Sounds like it's the fieldset with dates.
Add a check for the type.
