Disable error in status report if one library is already installed

Errors in red are displayed on the site status report for missing external libraries, this is fine when no library has been installed, but it might misleading as soon as one is already installed, because one library is enough.

Could it be possible to not display any error on the status report as soon as one external library is detected?

Also, the widget could just provide options for libraries that are available.
