I see from the project page for Poll Enhancements → that you're looking for co-maintainers.
I can help out. I use this project and is interesting getting out a stable release that is PHP 7.3 and PHP 7.4 compatible.
A RTBC patch already exists.
And just in case the project is no longer maintained, I post this in order comply with the procedures for Taking over unsupported (abandoned) projects → .
I've sent the project owner, TomiMikola, a PM today (2021-01-21) to make him aware of this issue.
If there is no response within two weeks, this issue will be moved to the Drupal.org project ownership issue queue → with a request that ownership is transferred to me.
