Be able to use tokens in cache tags

Problem/Motivation

Right now we can not use tokens in the tags, if you wanna use an user id, you have to fix it to it, ex: user:1, but would be nice to use tokens like: user:[current-user:uid]

Proposed resolution

Add tokens with a token browser like with metatag or other modules that use tokens.
