I "inherited" a Drupal 7 website which includes use of the Quiz Module.
I eventually worked out how the questions and the quiz attempts relate to each other.
However the results reported to the user and available from /node/302/quiz/results/27/view are not as they once were.
The results look like this

I have looked at the display mode for results with no joy.
Tried all the settings I can find for quiz and cannot reproduce the older format.
This module and the quiz has not been used at all since I suspect it was migrated from Drupal 6.
How do I create the format of the old reports?
Is this the format for the old Drupal 6 version of the reports? Or the 7.6 version (noted that dev before me had played with the 7.6 version first).
Since I am assessing migration to D8/9 is this possible in Drupal 8/9 version of this module?
