At the moment when an entity has fields that allow empty values, the exporter removes them from the exported files. So when they are re-imported, if these fields have a default value, the missing fields fallback to their default values. Instead, the exporter should keep empty values and export them as such.
Export empty fields explicitly to avoid fallback to default values.
