Monthly mode via Custom modal shows today's date instead of the Start date if use the "All day" checkbox with empty Time fields.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Fill up the Start date and End date with some Past/Future (not today) date but leave Start Time and End Time empty or check the "All day" checkbox.
2. Open Custom Modal and pick Daily/Weekly/Monthly mode.
Expected results:
The day used for the monthly select list should use a Start date.
Actually doesn't correct results:
A day that is used for the monthly select list has Today's date
The same issue when choosing a "Repeat every X day(s)" on the "Show/exclude occurrences" modal.

During creating a new node if the Event date is in the past or the future (not today) and the "All day" checkbox is enabled, after a custom rule https://take.ms/OUYIc, when opening the "Occurrences" widget the dates start from today in popup https://take.ms/d9Iwrd.
