Bulk publish action publishes all translations of a node, whether selected or not

Problem/Motivation

Selecting a single translation for bulk publishing publishes all translations of that node to be published.

Steps to reproduce

Installed 2.0.2 on a Drupal 8.9.10 multilingual site using content moderation.
Create a node along with some unpublished translations.
Select one of the translations for publication in the admin menu, select the Publish Latest Revision bulk operation.
All the translations are published.

Proposed resolution

Only the selected translations should be published.

ok I guess MR 6 was already merged.

No one commented for 12 months at least, now someone is reporting an issue here:
