Use absolute URLs for Terms in link relations Google doesn't support relative URLs

Following up https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3003713 → , but in this case is for Taxonomy Terms.

Steps to reproduce

Visit a term page and see the canonical link is like "/taxonomy/term/1"

Use absolute links for link relations
