Is there a role that allows review of things marked spam (being able to see that issue, make an assessment, and publishing the post, possibly giving the poster a role of confirmed?
I used to have user edit privileges to help with project applications and spam— it's very good that has been locked down, but my point is i can be trusted to be a spam reviewer, and take care of this myself.
Give mlncn → spam review permissions to fix this and any similar issues that come up.
Or if someone who has permissions could review and publish https://www.drupal.org/project/notfoundpassthrough/issues/3186168 → unless Frank Williams is in fact the world's most diligent spammer.
