I want to show a view in each of my paragraphs entity forms to give content-editors some info on older data but the entity extra field (set to 'form') and added to the paragraph form display it doesn't show up on the paragraph entity forms.
The entity extra field shows up on a node edit form, so I assume the problem is paragraphs related.
If I set the entity extra field to 'view' and add it to the paragraph display or to a node display, it also work.

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
It makes sense that it doesn't work with Paragraphs entities, as they have their own solution different from what Drupal core offers out of the box. I can look into what it might take to get this to work with paragraphs on the edit screen, but it's going to be lower on the priority list as we're trying to get a stable release in the coming months.
