Timezone not saving, defaults to Toronto

Problem/Motivation

Timezone not saving to show timezone selected on the node display page, shows EST in correct time chosen.

Steps to reproduce

When using date_recur_modular_alpha in form display on recurring date field. On edit node, select start date and time, end date and time, and timezone is set to Vancouver. Once node is saved, the time is shown in EST, the time is correct using the Vancouver times
