Use name in upload confirmation message, instead of project

Now that 📌 Deprecate/remove the ability to update a module from a URL and authorize.php Active and child issues are done, all this code is deprecated and will be removed in D12.

Thanks @dww for all your hard work with cleaning up Drupal core, keeping it lean and future proof, I very much appreciate it 🙂
