Phone number elements migrated as 'generic element' instead of 'tel'

Problem/Motivation

Phone number elements are migrated as 'generic element' instead of 'tel' or 'webform_tel'.
The element is missing from the 'switch' in the 'buildFormElements' function so I assume it might not have existed at the time the module was created or due to the fact it's an element provided by the contributed 'webform_phone' module.

Steps to reproduce

Migrate 'Phone number' element into D8 and the new element is a 'Generic element'

Proposed resolution

Migrate 'Phone number' elements provided by 'webform_phone' module into 'tel' or 'webform_tel' elements in the 'buildFormElements'
