I don't really see why we would need a link to create content if we're on the page to manage bundles, they seem like two separate things.
admin/structure/typesdoesn't have a button for creating nodes either.
I am unable to create content from actions directly at /admin/structure/eck/eck_type/bundles. I have to go up two levels to /admin/structure/eck to the main eck list all the types to create content through the type action which presents with an unformatted list of bundles. It would improve UX to have create action on the bundle, not the type.
Create eck entity types and bundles.
Create some instances of your bundles.
It feels clunky to have to go to the main eck types page to create content.
