Price adjustment isn't retained between checkout panes

Problem/Motivation

Hi Berdir. First, thank you so much for working on this project. When someone is at /checkout/[order-id]/order_information an enters the code, the calculation is correct, however, when "continue to review" is clicked, the code is forgotten and needs to be entered again to get the calculation, and to let the credit card fields disappear. Am I missing something?

Steps to reproduce

Add product to cart, go to checkout, select "checkout as guest", enter profile info, calculate shipping, enter gift code on right sidebar, click "continue to review".

Of course it's possible I'm not configuring correctly. Please advise.
