Status report after enabling bs_lib shows missing libraries
After fresh Drupal 9 installation I followed instructions for bs_base according to these steps:
1. downloaded bootstrap, popper and jasny libraries and extracted/renamed in libraries folder,
2. used composer to install bs_lib module and bs_base theme,
3. enabled bs_lib module in admin UI,
4. ran status report and report shows bootstrap and popper libraries are missing.
All three libraries are where they're supposed to be. No error warning on jasny library.
Perhaps this is a Drupal 9 incompatibility issue? I'm fairly novice at this admittedly but believed I've followed the instructions correctly.
Both bs_base and bs_bootstrap show up in my Appearance and I can install/set default on either. However, I do not see the scroll to top block mentioned on the project page. Other behavior I noticed: after clearing cashes I get standard Bootstrap success alert (green text) but the little 'x' to close the message popup does not function. So, I can't tell if these are really working.
Note: in a previous version of this report I mentioned info.yml and libraries.yml files and possibly incorrect paths in the bs_lib module but I don't really know enough to postulate what the problem is. I simply followed the instructions and checked status and the warnings that the libraries are not in the /libraries folder appears, even though those libraries are in fact located where they're supposed to be and with correct names.
