URL Alias pathes are content and therefore not exported to config. when I do now develop with your module and import the configuration, the url pathes has to be updated manually. You will reach your form with the url you set after you updated the config-entities of your module by hand.
- Create a multiple_registration config-entity (the url alias does exist.)
- import the configuration in another database.
- The url alias does not exist.
By the way: When you change the path, the old alias also will not be deleted.
Check, if the alias set by multiple_registration module is existing. If not, add it.
