Settings tray UI issue on Safari with page zoom level > 100%

@sonnykt, Thank you for reporting this problem. We rely on issue reports like this one to resolve bugs and improve Drupal core.

This was reported against Drupal 8, which is no longer supported. Is this a problem on a supported version of Drupal.

Since we need more information to move forward with this issue, I am keeping the status at Postponed (maintainer needs more info). If we don't receive additional information to help with the issue, it may be closed after three months.

Still reproducible on Safari 15.6.1 and Drupal core D10 with a clean Umami install. Only tested with the layout builder tray.

It's only if I zoom 1 level, if I zoom 2 levels it goes back to the right.
