termcase breaks config import/export

Problem/Motivation

Enabling the termcase module breaks config import with the following error:

[error] Error: Call to a member function setListBuilderClass() on null in termcase_entity_type_alter() (line 231 of /var/www/html/web/modules/contrib/termcase/termcase.module) #0 /var/www/html/web/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Extension/ModuleHandler.php(539): termcase_entity_type_alter(Array, NULL, NULL)

Steps to reproduce

drush site:install minimal -y
drush en termcase
drush cex
drush site:install minimal --existing-config  -y
