Standardized CSS for handbook pages

This is for a page that summarize the existent CSS classes that Doc-Team Members can use in making
new documentation pages that require the knowledge about the CSSs classes present in the Drupal.project Site
and can be used for give a standard and default format to the "Handbook" pages/node.

Please provide your ideas and suggestions for this. Thanks

    Since there has been no discussion here for 14 years I am asking if this still needs to be done. Is this still relevant?
