Template subtheme missing bootstrap_barrio_subtheme.layouts.yml file

Problem/Motivation

I was trying to install the bootstrap_barrio theme and create a subtheme, as per the documentation.

Steps to reproduce

I followed the instructions listed for installation here:

...then, when instructed, I followed the instructions on the "installing subtheme" documentation, here:
https://www.drupal.org/docs/8/themes/barrio-bootstrap-4-drupal-89-theme/... →

I did exactly as specified.

Proposed resolution

Add 'bootstrap_bario_subtheme.layouts.yml' file to /bootstrap_bario/subtheme, which should be copied over when following instructions, -or- adjust the documentation if the layouts.yml file is not required or has been removed.
(file is missing from subtheme folder, though it should be included per documentation)
