Doesn't ignore disabled menu items

Problem/Motivation

If an active menu item shares the same path as a disabled menu item, the active menu item may not get highlighted.

Steps to reproduce

Create a disabled menu item that shares the same path as the active menu item and order it after the active menu item.

    there is no explicit enabled check, but there might have been changes that alter the result for specific cases.

    Thanks @Berdir in contrast to #13 I think even if this now ignores disabled menu items, we should then consider #12 and perhaps turn this into a feature request to make it configurable.
