Restrict calendar hours on node view to business hours if needed.

Problem/Motivation

When setting business hours on a node the calendar when viewing the node does not restrict it's hours to the business hours.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a node with bee enabled.
2. Set business hours.
3. Visit node view.
4. See hours are not restricted.

Proposed resolution

Copying the logic from bee/src/Controller/BeeController.php

Remaining tasks

If needed refactor the settings generation so there is no code duplication.
