Calling getAllIssues in a helpdesk plugin will receive all or paged issues from remote. This is not ideal:
We should therefore optimize such that we start receiving beginning with the oldest and remember when we last received issues. Then we can tell the backend next time to send us only issues that have been created or changed since that last receipt.
