Is a maintainer needed for this theme?

I would like to help to co-maintain this theme and I recently worked in the subtheme of Adminimal theme. and I need to port this theme to Drupal 10 ASAP.

The issue summary outlined a fast track route for adding maintainers. This project isn't eligible for the fast track process. I've corrected the issue summary to outline the standard process, and moved it back to the project's issue queue.
