Fix views config files according to Drupal 8.8 requirements

Problem/Motivation

Since D8.8, the views module:

• no longer sets core version to the views configuration entities ('core: 8.x')
• adds some new config entries related to the feature exposed filters can now limit which operator they expose →

Existing views config files should be updated accordingly.

Proposed resolution

Remove "core: 8.x" and add "operator_limit_selection: false", "operator_list: { }" in the appropriate sections on existing views config files.
