hook_better_exposed_filters_filter_widgets_alter not invoked

Hook hook_better_exposed_filters_filter_widgets_alter() which is alluded to in better_exposed_filters.api.php is not actually implemented

Implement hook in a .module file, rebuild caches, and note that it is not called.

Invoke hook, possibly in src/Plugin/better_exposed_filters/filter/FilterWidgetBase.php
