[META] Stable 2.0.0 Release

Based on #5, I'm updating Issue summary with some additional tasks.

@baikho now that #3261803: Using GitLab CI instead of Drupal CI → no longer requires opting into GitLab CI testing, we might consider adding that as a goal for 2.0.0 release.
