It would be quite useful for evaluation purposes and inspiration, as well as to be alerted of modules to be aware off due to rapidly falling usage with a simple page which showed the difference in usage between two data points a month apart from Project usage overview → , (right now Aug. 16th - July 12th 2020) in percent.
The basis for the calculations could be the 5000 most popular modules, resulting in two "Top 25" lists: One for the modules which have increased the most in usage, as well as one for those who decreased the most.
For example, it was quite interesting for me to note the big jumps for jQuery UI Datepicker → as well as the other jQuery modules. In the example below, changes in usage of the 1000 most used modules have been calculated, sorted descending.
