When building a view that uses the Occurrences of [Bundle] [Field Name] relationship we currently only have the ability to add field handlers for the start and end dates.
We need the ability to output the corresponding delta value of the Occurrence.
Attached is a proposed patch that adds a field handler for the Occurrence Delta.

The change is currently missing an automated test that fails when run with the original code, and succeeds when the bug has been fixed.
