Cancel button on Drupal 8

When content editors click to edit content and do not make changes, there are only two ways of exiting the page without locking the content. One is by clicking on the unlock button, and the other one is saving the content. However, both of them do not satisfy my users in terms of usability. I checked the module issues list and they mention a cancel button on Drupal 6 and 7. Is there something like that for Drupal 8?

Believe this works as designed. The "cancel" button seems like something that (if it existed) would be part of core. Would recommend opening a module there.
