Subscribe UI gives WSOD.

Problem/Motivation

I enabled the MS_ui module which allowed me (odd permission - separate issue) to see a Subscriptions tab on my user account. When i click that tab i get the following error:

Drupal\message_subscribe\Exception\MessageSubscribeException: Flag "" is not setup correctly. It is probably disabled or have no bundles configured. in Drupal\message_subscribe_ui\Controller\SubscriptionController->getView() (line 204 of E:\www\drupal8\web\modules\contrib\message_subscribe\message_subscribe_ui\src\Controller\SubscriptionController.php).

The error occurs for uid=1 and non-admin user.

Steps to reproduce

I have enabled the MS example module. I created 2 flags Subscribe_colour and Subscribe_colour_term. I have tested both of these by subscribing to them as a non-admin user and seeing that emails were sent when changes were made. There are a few other default Flags defined but they are all disabled.

I will wrap it in a try/catch. Log any exception, and inform the user of an exception.
