The recurly_subscription_cancel_confirm template is not being used

I am unable to override the recurly_subscription_cancel_confirm template

hook_preprocess_recurly_subscription_cancel_confirm is not being called
placing a recurly-subscription-cancel-confirm.html.twig template in my theme is not picked up
even editing the recurly-subscription-cancel-confirm.html.twig in the recurly module has no effect.
