Views_AutoSubmit fix - Stops Autocomplete Filter from autosubmitting on first character input.

- Add related issue
- Update the version
- Update category ... it's a feature request.
- And postponed ... till the related issue has a solution.

even the code seems similar ... if not the same

I put as Fixed, and not duplicate as @the_glitch code looks similar with the solution and it was about the same time with the other issue solutions.
