views apply button translation

Problem/Motivation

Apply button in views exposed filters needs to be translated as Appliquer , adjusting the twig file to use a |t crashes with a nasty error string ("Search") must be a string

Steps to reproduce

create a view with an exposed filter, visit the page in french

Proposed resolution

1) Apply this core patch for the error: https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2020-08-05/2719553-35.patch →
2) now that the core patch is applied, can use |t for the label in wxt_bootstrap/templates/input/input--button.html.twig
3) modify/patch wxt_bootstrap/templates/input/input--button.html.twig
4) Translate the string 'Apply' to 'Appliquer' if it isn't already, visit the french view page.

French exposed filter button now gets correct label 'Appliquer'
