this issue is duplicated with Ability to specify #id for particular Tab ✨ Ability to specify #id for particular Tab Fixed .
Tabs id is like blocktabs-tags--48. It doesn't looks fine if we use link with already opened tabs. So it will be better to have a way to set this id.
I have added new property (Anchor) to TabBase.php and add it to TabFormBase.php for creating form field for this property.
Also I have changed template_preprocess_blocktabs for rendering custom anchor if it is exist.
